Bonterra, with high hopes and dreams of gold-laden fortunes, has granted a 70% option on its spectacular Gladiator and Barry gold projects to the enterprising Osisko Mining. As this pact unfolds, a harmonious joint venture will come into being, with Bonterra retaining a 30% interest in the Gladiator, Barry, and Duke properties, and a 15% stake in the Lac Barry joint endeavor. Should either partner’s interest dwindle to less than the paltry 10% threshold, it shall be transmuted into a 1% net smelter return royalty, with partial reprieve available for a mere C$1 million.

Reports from the kingdom of Bonterra elucidate that, with Osisko at the helm, armed with a substantial C$30 million exploration budget spread over three years, and capitalizing on Osisko’s savant-like expertise in the art of gold excavation, an optimistic aura shrouds the prospects of significant exploration and development success at the awe-inspiring Gladiator and Barry projects. β€œIt’s like having a golden ticket in a chocolate factory,” exclaimed the ebullient Bonterra CEO and president Marc-Andre Pelletier.

As if the aforementioned bounty of riches wasn’t enough, a princely sum of C$4 million is set to grace Bonterra’s coffers upon completion (C$1 million having already been received), in addition to the streams of revenue from the leasing of the Bachelor camp and the alluring sales of gold extracted from the mill clean-up. Buoyed by these financial winds, the brave hearts at Bonterra foresee abundant financial resources to complete an audacious drill campaign spanning over 15,000 meters at the Desmaraisville properties this year.

Further amplifying the saga, Pelletier revealed that Bonterra currently boasts three drills diligently turning at its 100%-owned Desmaraisville gold property, nestled in close proximity to its illustrious Bachelor mill complex. The company’s valiant quest revolves around unearthing high-grade intercepts that were previously excavated but regrettably have not been pursued with the fervor they truly deserve.
