Cresco Labs Inc. (CL, CRLBF, 6CQ) is expanding its product line in Pennsylvania with the launch of its sublingual cannabis brand, Good News. The brand’s first product, called Sweet Troches, offers six different flavors infused with 10mg THC. It is now available at all Sunnyside locations and other dispensaries throughout the state.
Sweet Troches are specifically designed to be dissolved in the mouth. They are made with distillate oil and live sand, with a white rice flour coating. Patients and caregivers can choose from Watermelon, White Grape, Berry, Orange, Peach, and Black Cherry flavors. Each Sweet Troche offers 10mg THC per dose.
Charlie Bachtell, CEO and co-founder of Cresco Labs, expressed excitement about the launch of Sweet Troches, stating, “Our branded portfolio is holding strong with the top share position in Pennsylvania. We have many targeted strategies in place to continue to grow our share in the state, such as launching smart innovations like Sweet Troches from Good News. So far, we’ve seen a strong reception from patients and caregivers for our Wonder Wellness Co. Mini Troches, and we’re pleased to offer more dosing options from our Good News brand.”
In addition to the new product launch, Cresco Labs recently opened a new store in Altoona, PA, located at 534 W Plank Rd. The store is easily accessible by car and Amtran bus service, providing convenience to patients and caregivers in Altoona and the greater Blair County area.
