Quarterly Dividend Announcements: Microsoft, SpartanNash, U.S. Bancorp, and More

On Tuesday, Microsoft reported that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.83 per share. This dividend is set to be paid on June 12, 2025, to shareholders on record as of May 15, 2025. It is important to note that the ex-dividend date will also be May 15, 2025.

In a separate announcement, SpartanNash, a food solutions company, revealed that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share. This amount reflects a 1.1% increase from its fiscal 2024 quarterly cash dividend of $0.2175. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 21, 2025, will receive the dividend on April 2, 2025. As of March 10, 2025, SpartanNash had 33,689,005 common shares outstanding.

U.S. Bancorp also made headlines by declaring a regular quarterly dividend of $0.50 per common share. This dividend will be paid on April 15, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2025. This rate equates to an annual dividend of $2.00 per common share.

Additionally, Toll Brothers, recognized as the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, announced a 9% increase in its quarterly cash dividend. The new dividend amount is $0.25 per share, payable on April 25, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 11, 2025. This marks the fifth consecutive year the company has increased its dividend.

Lastly, Agree Realty stated that its Board of Directors has authorized a monthly cash dividend of $0.253 per common share. When annualized, this figure totals $3.036 per share, marking a 2.4% increase compared to the annualized dividend of $2.964 from the first quarter of 2024. Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2025, will receive this dividend on April 14, 2025.
