Entravision Communications Corp (EVC) has announced a strategic international sales partnership with Pinterest Inc (PINS), the visual inspiration platform. This partnership aims to tap into unserved ad markets and enable advertisers to reach new audiences across various countries, including Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Entravision will provide advertisers with outreach and campaign management in countries where Pinterest currently does not serve ads. Additionally, the partnership will help advertisers leverage Pinterest’s ad capabilities in Europe and the U.S.
Michael Christenson, CEO of Entravision, expressed excitement about the collaboration, stating, “We are excited and look forward to Entravision and Pinterest uniting to deliver more value, engagement, and growth to Pinterest’s advertisers. Our solutions serve more than 8,000 brands every month and will enable advertisers to fully access Pinterest’s global audience.”

As of June 30, 2023, Entravision Communications Corp had $126.5 million in cash and marketable securities.
On the last check Friday, EVC shares were trading higher at $3.67, reflecting a 2.512% increase.
