On CNBC’s β€œMad Money Lightning Round,” Jim Cramer advised against Super Micro Computer, Inc. SMCI, calling it β€œjust too hard.”

This caution came after Supermicro announced a proposed offering of $1.5 billion of convertible senior notes due 2029.

Zscaler, Inc. ZS, on the other hand, was recommended as a β€œgood one” to buy, as per Cramer.

Zscaler is expected to release second-quarter fiscal year 2024 earnings after the closing bell on Feb. 29, 2024.

In addition to his bullish outlook on Zscaler, Cramer revealed ownership of The Walt Disney Company DIS for the charitable trust.

Disney reported better-than-expected earnings for its first quarter and declared a cash dividend of 45 cents per share. To the dismay of activist investor Nelson Peltz, the company disclosed a $1.5 billion investment in video game company Epic Games.

Cramer hinted at the need for research on Intuitive Machines, Inc. LUNR.

Intuitive Machines recently launched its Nova-C class lunar lander on SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket and announced that it was successfully en route to the Moon.

On the topic of Unity Software Inc. U, Cramer expressed reserve, citing ongoing financial concerns. β€œI can’t recommend it until it’s making money,” he remarked.

Unity Software has announced plans to streamline its business by reducing its workforce by about 25%, or 1,800 employees.

Regarding Ford Motor Company F, Cramer described it as β€œstalled.”

This sentiment coincides with reports of significantly reduced prices for its 2023 Mustang Mach-E in Canada, amidst growing competition from Tesla Incβ€˜s Model Y and other electric SUV options.
