Myriad Genetics (NASDAQ:MYGN) has announced that Scott Leffler will take over as the new CFO, replacing Bryan Riggsbee, who is set to retire.

Starting on Jan 29, Leffler will step into the role, while Riggsbee will stay on as a strategic advisor until March 31 to facilitate a seamless transition, according to a statement from Myriad.

Riggsbee has been the CFO of Myriad Genetics since 2014 and also filled the position of interim CEO for six months in 2020.

Leffler, who previously served as the CFO of Clover Health and Sotera Health, will now join Myriad Genetics as the new CFO.

Furthermore, Myriad Genetics reaffirmed its financial guidance initially announced during its Q3 earnings call on Nov. 6.
