Uber Surges as Tesla Takes a Hit in Early Trading

In early trading on Friday, shares of Uber Technologies soared by 6.3%, making them the top performer on the S&P 500 index. This impressive performance boosts Uber’s year-to-date gains to 34.6%.

In contrast, Tesla is struggling today, with a decline of 8.8%. Over the year, Tesla’s performance has worsened, showing a drop of about 12.4%.

Two other significant moves on the day include Vistra, which is down by 6.7%, and Wells Fargo, trading up by 4.7%.
