Several high-profile companies are reportedly planning initial public offerings (IPOs), with notable candidates including graphic design platform Canva, beverage maker Liquid Death, AI company Anthropic, communication platform Discord, and fintech firm Plaid. Canva aims for an IPO in the latter half of 2023, targeting a valuation of $42 billion after reporting $4 billion in annual recurring revenue and over 265 million monthly active users.
Liquid Death, valued at approximately $1.4 billion post a $67 million financing round in Q1 2024, is exploring an IPO with help from Goldman Sachs, while Discord has confidentially filed for a 2026 IPO, aiming for a valuation of $15 billion with 656 million registered users. Plaid is also gearing up for an IPO in early 2026, serving over 150 million global consumers and reporting a valuation of $6.1 billion following a funding round led by major investment firms.
