TD SYNNEX Teams Up with Iterate.ai to Enhance AI Solutions for Resellers
TD SYNNEX Corporation SNX, renowned for its role in IT distribution and solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Iterate.ai. This collaboration aims to introduce advanced AI-driven tools to its vast reseller network. As a result, TD SYNNEX is poised to become a significant contributor to the acceleration of AI adoption, adding solutions that cater to the increasing demand for secure, enterprise-level AI applications.
With this new partnership, TD SYNNEX resellers can now utilize Iterate.ai’s innovative technologies, particularly the Generate application, a highly secure AI assistant. Different from many AI tools, Generate operates entirely on a company’s systems, providing complete control over sensitive data while allowing integration of third-party solutions.
The platform employs advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation, enabling businesses to derive actionable insights from their data. This makes it suitable for various applications, including document summarization and business intelligence generation.
Strengthening AI Tools for Resellers
By partnering with Iterate.ai, TD SYNNEX underlines its commitment to delivering top-tier AI tools across global markets, solidifying its leadership in AI innovation. This integration empowers resellers with essential tools to satisfy the growing AI needs of today’s businesses.
In addition to Generate, Iterate.ai provides Interplay, a low-code AI development environment. This allows businesses to swiftly develop and implement AI-driven applications such as chatbots and personalized eCommerce solutions, further allowing resellers to meet increased market demands for AI capabilities in a digital age.
Growing Through Technology Partnerships
TD SYNNEX has consistently focused on partnering with other tech companies to expand its product offerings and global presence. Noteworthy collaborations in recent years include Meta Platforms, Inc. META, Microsoft Corporation MSFT, and Alphabet Inc. GOOGL.
In October 2023, Meta Platforms appointed TD SYNNEX as the exclusive North American distributor for a new suite of business products, including the recently launched Meta Quest 3 headset and various generative AI products such as stickers, editing tools, and smart glasses. Furthermore, new product lines from Meta will feature tailored solutions aimed at enhancing collaboration, training, creativity, and design capabilities through Metaverse technology.
Earlier in January 2023, TD SYNNEX introduced a Microsoft Azure integrated fraud defense solution for small and medium-sized businesses, addressing the increasing risks of cyber threats. This Click-to-Run solution enhances security, lowering potential risks in everyday cloud operations through features like phishing prevention and proactive alerts.
Additionally, in December 2022, TD SYNNEX deepened its partnership with Alphabet by expanding its cloud solution portfolio to include Google Cloud offerings in nearly 60 countries across Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
