Quarterly Dividend Announcements for Major Companies

Updates from AIG, Williams, Digital Realty, Ryman Hospitality, and Sun Life Financial

On November 4, 2024, the AIG Board of Directors announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share for AIG common stock. Shareholders on record as of December 16, 2024, will receive this dividend, which is set to be paid on December 30, 2024.

Williams’ board approved a regular dividend of $0.4750 per share, which translates to $1.90 annually. This dividend is scheduled for payment on December 30, 2024, to stockholders recorded by the end of business on December 13, 2024. Notably, this marks a 6.1% increase from the fourth-quarter 2023 dividend of $0.4475 per share, which was distributed in December 2023. Williams has maintained quarterly dividend payments since 1974, showcasing a strong tradition of rewarding its investors.

In a similar vein, Digital Realty’s board authorized a cash dividend of $1.22 per share for its common stockholders. This dividend will be paid on January 17, 2025, to those registered as of the close of business on December 13, 2024.

Meanwhile, Ryman Hospitality Properties declared a fourth-quarter cash dividend of $1.15 per share. This figure represents a 4.5% increase over the third quarter’s dividend of $1.10. The payment will occur on January 15, 2025, for stockholders of record as of December 31, 2024.

Lastly, the Board of Directors at Sun Life Financial announced a dividend of $0.84 per share on its common shares. This will be payable on December 31, 2024, for shareholders on record as of November 27, 2024. This marks a 3 cent increase from the previous quarter’s payment.
