SPDR S&P 500 Fossil Fuel Reserves Free ETF Sees Surge in Trading Volume
The SPDR S&P 500 Fossil Fuel Reserves Free ETF (SPYX) is experiencing a notable increase in trading activity on Wednesday, with over 700,000 shares exchanged, significantly surpassing its three-month average of approximately 80,000 shares. On this day, SPYX shares rose by around 2.2%.
Among the ETF’s components, Nvidia stands out with a 4.1% increase, recording over 137.4 million shares traded. Tesla showed even stronger performance, up about 14.4% with trading volume exceeding 115.8 million shares. Leading the gains for the day is Synchrony Financial, which surged by approximately 18.9%. Conversely, Super Micro Computer underperformed, dropping about 23.2%.
