Gold Flora Corporation Announces Departure of Board Member Mark Castaneda

COSTA MESA, Calif., Nov. 15, 2024 /CNW/ – Gold Flora Corporation, (“Gold Flora” or the “Company”) (Cboe Canada: GRAM) GRAM a leading vertically-integrated California cannabis company, today announced that Mark Castaneda will end his service as a member of the Board of Directors, effective November 30, 2024. Mr. Castaneda also held the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee and was a key member of the Compensation Committee.
