Cardlytics Faces Class Action Lawsuit Over Misleading Statements
The Schall Law Firm, a national leader in shareholder rights litigation, has announced a class action lawsuit against Cardlytics, Inc. (“Cardlytics” or “the Company”) CDLX. This lawsuit cites violations of §§10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as Rule 10b-5 from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Shareholders who acquired the Company’s securities between March 14, 2024, and August 7, 2024 (the “Class Period”) are urged to get in touch with the firm before March 25, 2025, for potential participation in the lawsuit.

Currently, the class has not yet been certified. Until that happens, you will not have legal representation. Choosing not to act means you will remain an absent class member.
The Complaint alleges that Cardlytics misled investors with false claims. Although consumer engagement increased, the Company’s revenue did not keep pace with this growth. Additionally, the new Ads Decision Engine resulted in failures to meet budget and billing expectations. Consequently, the Company’s public statements during the class period were inaccurate and misleading. As the truth emerged, many investors faced significant financial losses.
