Significant ETF Outflows: SPDR and Quadratic ETFs Lead the Decline

Examining the units outstanding at ETF Channel, the most substantial outflow over the past week occurred in the SPDR Portfolio Intermediate Term Treasury ETF. This ETF experienced a loss of 63,000,000 units, marking an 18.5% drop from the previous week.

On a percentage basis, the Quadratic Interest Rate Volatility and Inflation Hedge ETF (IVOL) recorded the largest decline. It lost 9,600,000 units, resulting in a significant 37.1% decrease in its outstanding units compared to the previous week. Among the primary components of IVOL, the Schwab U.S. Tips ETF saw a slight increase of approximately 0.2% during morning trading today.
