Today, notable options trading activity has been recorded in several key components of the S&P 500 index. Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (Symbol: TTWO) reported a substantial trading volume, with a total of 43,731 contracts exchanged, equating to around 4.4 million underlying shares. This figure represents approximately 208.7% of TTWO’s average daily trading volume of 2.1 million shares over the past month. An especially high volume was noted for the $185 strike put option, expiring on July 18, 2025, with 6,665 contracts traded, corresponding to around 666,500 underlying shares of TTWO. In particular, the $400 strike call option, expiring on May 2, 2025, has drawn notable interest with 8,283 contracts traded, representing around 828,300 underlying shares. FedEx Corp (Symbol: FDX) also saw a marked increase in options trading volume today, totaling 12,452 contracts. Among these, the $250 strike call option expiring on May 16, 2025, has been particularly active, with 6,288 contracts traded, equating to roughly 628,800 underlying shares.
