Looking ahead to fiscal 2025, which ends in May, analysts anticipate that Oracle will report a 3% year-over-year growth in earnings, reaching $4.76 per share. Historically, the company has a mixed earnings surprise history; it missed analysts’ earnings estimates once in the past four quarters, while meeting or exceeding projections on three other occasions.

Analyst Ratings and Price Target

Currently, the stock holds a consensus “Moderate Buy” rating. Among the 35 analysts covering the stock, there are 21 “Strong Buys” and 14 “Holds.”

This configuration marks a slight decline in bullish sentiment compared to the previous month, when 22 analysts issued “Strong Buy” recommendations.

On April 23, Piper Sandler analyst Brent Bracelin downgraded ORCL Stock to “Neutral,” lowering the price target from $190 to $130.

Oracle’s average price target of $178.48 reflects a 19.5% premium over current price levels. Notably, its street-high target of $246 suggests a remarkable upside potential of 64.7%.
