On Thursday, shares in the home furnishings and improvement sector declined by approximately 1.7%, led by Lovesac, which fell 12.3%, and Hooker Furnishings, down 9.3%.
Apparel store shares also lagged, dropping about 1.6% overall. Designer Brands experienced a significant decline of 8.2%, while Vera Bradley fell by 4.2%.
