Blackbaud and Constant Contact Launch Integration to Enhance Fundraising Efforts

Blackbaud, Inc. (BLKB) has partnered with Constant Contact to integrate Constant Contact’s AI-driven marketing platform into Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge NXT. This integration aims to enhance digital engagement for social impact organizations by seamlessly combining tools for email, SMS, and social media marketing.

The rollout of this integration begins this month with select Raiser’s Edge NXT customers, with general availability expected by early August 2023. Users will have access via a built-in trial, although a paid subscription is required for full benefits. Blackbaud’s existing fundraising capabilities will be complemented by Constant Contact’s marketing tools, facilitating improved supporter engagement and automated campaign management.

As of now, Blackbaud holds a Zacks Rank of #3 (Hold), with shares declining 12% over the past year, compared to a 13.2% increase in the Computer Software industry.
