AMCON Distributing Company (DIT) reported a 3% year-over-year increase in quarterly sales, reaching $739.6 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company’s earnings per share fell to $2.13, down from $2.46 the previous year, as operating income decreased by 13.5% to $4.9 million.
The wholesale distribution segment generated $728.3 million in revenue, while net income available to common shareholders declined to $1.3 million. AMCON’s cash flow from operations was negative $12.5 million for the nine-month period, significantly down from a positive $26.9 million a year prior.
AMCON maintained its quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share and recently completed its acquisition of Arrowrock Supply for approximately $6.1 million to expand its operations in the convenience distribution sector.
