Nokia Partners with Nvidia to Enhance AI Capabilities
Nokia has announced a partnership with Nvidia to integrate AI hardware into its cellular network infrastructure products, focusing on developing AI-powered radio access network (AI-RAN) technologies. This collaboration was revealed in October 2023 and aims to optimize existing 5G networks while paving the way for future 6G technology.
Nvidia invested $1 billion in Nokia at a share price of $6.01, signaling strong market confidence. According to analyst firm Omdia, the radio access network market is projected to reach $200 billion by 2030. Nokia’s recent quarterly report indicated a 12% year-over-year revenue increase, totaling 6.0 billion euros ($7.0 billion) in the third quarter of 2025, contributing to a 45% surge in its stock over the past year.
