Soybean prices rose 5 to 6 cents on Tuesday, with the cmdtyView national average cash bean price reaching $9.98 3/4, also up by 5 1/2 cents. Meanwhile, soybean exports from Brazil in January are estimated at 3.23 million metric tons (MMT), a decrease of 0.56 MMT from last week’s estimate but an increase from 1.07 MMT in January 2025.
As of January 23, European Union soybean imports totaled 7.06 MMT for the July 1 to January 23 period, down from 8.15 MMT for the same timeframe the previous year.
