Gartner’s latest report highlights that enterprise software spending is projected to hit $1.4 trillion in 2023, up 15% from the previous year. Microsoft continues to show resilience despite market challenges, reporting a 17% year-over-year increase in its Microsoft 365 cloud revenue, largely fueled by new AI capabilities. Additionally, ServiceNow witnessed a 21% growth in its subscription revenue, maintaining robust demand for its AI-powered Now Assist platform.
Microsoft generated $160 billion in cash flow over the past year and has expanded its Azure offerings, with a 39% increase in revenue year over year. ServiceNow secured 35 deals valued at over $1 million for its AI suite, and its management remains optimistic about future growth in the subscription revenue as it adapts to evolving AI technologies.
