The iShares Global Timber & Forestry ETF (WOOD) is experiencing significant trading activity on Monday, with over 152,000 shares exchanged, compared to the three-month average of about 29,000 shares. Currently, the ETF is down approximately 2.6%.
Key components driving this volume include Weyerhaeuser, which has seen over 2.5 million shares trade flat, and Smurfit Westrock, down about 0.6% with more than 2.2 million shares traded. International Paper is also underperforming, facing a decline of about 2.9% today.
