AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (ASTS) reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $73.9 million, or 26 cents per share, on February 10, 2026. This loss was wider than the Zacks Consensus Estimate of a loss of 18 cents. In contrast, the company saw revenue surge to $54.3 million, up from $1.9 million in the same quarter a year earlier, surpassing expectations of $41 million, driven by gateway hardware sales and U.S. government contracts.
For the full year 2025, ASTS recorded a net loss of $341.9 million, or $1.34 per share, compared to a loss of $300.1 million, or $1.94 per share, in 2024. The company reported total operating expenses of $126.6 million for the December quarter, significantly higher than $60.6 million in the previous year, influenced by rising administrative and engineering costs. As of December 31, 2025, ASTS had $2.33 billion in cash and equivalents against $2.2 billion in long-term debt.
