The iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Asia ETF (EEMA) experienced unusually high trading volume on Thursday, with over 222,000 shares exchanged, compared to a three-month average of approximately 46,000 shares. The ETF’s shares rose by about 0.6% during the session.
Among the ETF’s components, NIO saw a significant increase of 6.2% with over 26 million shares traded, and PDD rose by 5.4%, with more than 17.8 million shares changing hands. Kanzhun had the highest gain at 10.1%, while Tal Education Group remained relatively unchanged.
