Nvidia Partners with Nebius Group

Nvidia has announced a strategic partnership with Nebius Group, investing $2 billion to develop advanced AI cloud solutions. The collaboration aims to deploy over 5 gigawatts of data center capacity by 2030. The announcement was made on Wednesday, highlighting Nvidia’s focus on expanding its AI infrastructure through Nebius’s expertise.

Nebius, a prominent neocloud operator, has seen its market value rise from over $24 billion to approximately $28 billion following the partnership announcement. The company also recently gained approval to start construction on its largest AI factory in Independence, Missouri, signaling rapid growth in response to the increasing demand for AI services.

Despite its impressive revenue growth — a 479% increase to $530 million in 2025 — Nebius also reported a $596 million operating loss, raising questions about its high valuation of 43 times sales with no profit. This positions the investment as a high-risk, high-reward opportunity in a competitive AI-driven market.
