Palantir Technologies Inc. reported total sales of $1.4 billion for the latest period, marking a 70% increase year-over-year. In the U.S., sales reached $1.1 billion, up 93% year-over-year and 28% sequentially. The company closed over $4.2 billion in total contract value, increasing more than 130% compared to the previous year, with a customer base growth of 34%.
NVIDIA Corporation posted record sales of $68.1 billion, reflecting a 73% growth rate, and an adjusted EPS of $1.62, an 82% increase year-over-year. Data Center sales also set a record at $62.3 billion, up 75% year-over-year. Shares currently trade at a 12.2X forward price-to-sales ratio.
Both companies are benefitting from the AI boom, with Palantir driven by government and commercial contracts while NVIDIA sees demand from hyperscalers. Despite recent stock price fluctuations, ongoing growth in both firms suggests long-term potential remains strong.
