NVIDIA Corporation reported record revenues of $62.31 billion for its data center business in Q4 of fiscal 2026, accounting for 91.5% of total sales and reflecting a 75% year-over-year increase. The surge in demand stems from the rising utilization of accelerated computing and generative AI, with significant contributions from the deployment of the GB300 platform and NVIDIA’s networking products.

The outlook for NVIDIA’s data center segment remains robust, with an expected revenue of approximately $309 billion for fiscal 2027—up by 59% year-over-year. Analysts anticipate the company will exceed its first-quarter sales target of $78 billion, projecting revenues at $78.66 billion, a 78.5% year-over-year rise.

In terms of competition, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and Intel Corporation (INTC) are actively vying in the AI data center space, with AMD promoting its MI300 series and Intel positioning its Gaudi series for scalability and cost-effectiveness. Currently, NVIDIA holds a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy), with its stock appreciating 54.6% over the past year.
