**SpaceX IPO: Major Listing Ahead**
SpaceX has confidentially filed with the SEC to go public, aiming to be the largest IPO in history. The company seeks to raise approximately $75 billion, targeting a valuation between $1.75 trillion and $2 trillion. In 2025, SpaceX is projected to generate revenues of $15 billion to $16 billion, resulting in an EBITDA of around $8 billion.
Key drivers for this financial performance include SpaceX’s 635 successful Falcon rocket launches and the operation of over 10,000 Starlink satellites, providing internet service to more than 9 million users. Analyst Gene Munster highlights that beyond these achievements, SpaceX’s vertical integration could position it at the forefront of the sovereign AI market, valued at potentially $600 billion by 2030.
The company’s strategic assets include its launch monopoly, Starlink’s hyperscale network, and an upcoming semiconductor facility that aims to produce 1 terawatt of compute capacity annually, dwarfing current global outputs. Munster asserts that SpaceX’s unique structural advantages may present an unparalleled investment opportunity.
