Among the S&P 500 index components, Boeing Co. (BA) experienced significant options trading today, with 30,500 contracts exchanged, equating to approximately 3.0 million underlying shares. This represents about 50.1% of BA’s average daily trading volume of 6.1 million shares over the past month. The most active option was the $232.50 strike call, with 3,271 contracts trading, representing around 327,100 underlying shares.

United Airlines Holdings Inc (UAL) saw a trading volume of 39,884 contracts, amounting to approximately 4.0 million underlying shares, which is about 48.9% of its average daily volume of 8.2 million shares. Notably, the $95 strike call option recorded the highest volume with 4,753 contracts traded, representing approximately 475,300 underlying shares.

CrowdStrike Holdings Inc (CRWD) also reported a strong options volume of 15,783 contracts, translating to approximately 1.6 million underlying shares, or 47% of its monthly average volume of 3.4 million shares. The $510 strike call option was particularly active, with 670 contracts trading, equating to about 67,000 underlying shares.
