V.F. Corporation Achieves Break-Even Earnings in Fourth Quarter

V.F. Corporation (VFC) reported break-even earnings per share for the quarter ending March 2026, exceeding the Zacks Consensus Estimate of a loss of $0.02, and markedly improving from a loss of $0.13 per share in the same quarter a year ago. The company also posted revenues of $2.17 billion, surpassing estimates by 1.77% and up from $2.14 billion a year prior.

This earnings release marks the fourth consecutive quarter VFC has exceeded consensus EPS estimates, with a surprise of +100% this quarter. However, V.F. shares have declined approximately 7.4% since the start of the year, in contrast to a 7.4% gain for the S&P 500.

Looking ahead, the current consensus EPS estimate for the upcoming quarter is -$0.17 on revenues of $1.72 billion, while the estimate for the current fiscal year stands at $1.14 EPS on revenues of $9.55 billion. The Zacks Industry Rank places the Textile – Apparel sector in the top 37% of over 250 industries.
