Shifting Dynamics in Nasdaq 100: Spotlight on PDD and WDAY

In early trading on Friday, shares of Workday surged 9.2%, making it the best-performing component of the Nasdaq 100 index. Despite this uptick, Workday has seen a notable decline of approximately 38.0% in value year-to-date.

Conversely, PDD Holdings emerged as the worst performer, dropping 3.2% and marking a year-to-date loss of about 16.5%. Other notable movements included SanDisk, which fell by 2.8%, and Ross Stores, which rose 7.9% on the day.
