Soybeans rose by 4 to 9.25 cents on Wednesday, with the cmdtyView national average cash price increasing by 10.5 cents to $10.68. July 26 soybeans closed at $11.23, while August 26 and November 26 futures settled at $11.27.75 and $11.38.50, respectively. Soymeal futures varied, down $1.40 to up $1, and soy oil futures increased by 33 to 55 points.
The USDA is set to release weekly Export Sales data on Thursday, predicting 2025/26 soybean sales between 150,000 and 400,000 MT, with new crop estimates from 100,000 to 350,000 MT. Soymeal sales are expected to range from 150,000 to 600,000 MT for both this and the next marketing year. The WASDE report anticipates a carryout of 339 million bushels for old crop beans and 310 million bushels for new crop. Brazilian production is forecasted at 180.3 MMT, while Argentina’s is projected to rise to 48.5 MMT.
