Apple Inc. During the second quarter of fiscal 2026, Apple’s Services segment saw a 14% year-over-year revenue increase to $30.98 billion, comprising 27.9% of total sales. For Q3 of fiscal 2026, the company forecasts revenue growth between 14% to 17%, with Services projected to advance at a similar rate. However, Apple faces competition from Alphabet and Microsoft, both of which reported significant AI-related revenue gains, raising concerns about Apple’s position in the AI market.
This year, Apple shares have performed at 6.4%, underperforming the broader technology sector’s 15.7% return. The Zacks Consensus Estimate projects fiscal 2026 earnings at $8.74 per share, indicating a 17.2% year-over-year growth.
