**Microsoft to Deploy AMD’s Helios Platform by 2026**

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) announced that Microsoft will begin deploying its Helios rack-scale servers in Azure data centers in the second half of 2026. This integration aims to enhance AI inference capabilities for Microsoft and its AI customers. AMD has also secured Meta Platforms as a major customer for the Helios platform, which combines high-performance GPUs, Epyc processors, and networking chips to support demanding AI workloads.

The AI server market is projected to grow nearly sixfold from 2024 to 2030, potentially reaching $838 billion in revenue. AMD anticipates a 46% year-over-year revenue increase for Q2, projecting $11.2 billion, while analyst expectations for Q3 stand at a 35% growth to $12.45 billion. This partnership with Microsoft could significantly boost AMD’s market performance, leading to a potential revenue of $106.5 billion by 2028.
