Bausch + Lomb (NYSE:BLCO) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.394 billion, reflecting an 8% growth on a constant-currency basis. The company raised its full-year revenue guidance by $20 million to a new range of $5.440 billion to $5.540 billion, attributing the increase to stronger cash generation and margin expansion, as well as a positive product mix.
Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter reached $246 million, marking a 28% increase year-over-year, while adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 17.6%. The company also achieved adjusted cash flow from operations of $161 million, significantly up from $45 million in the previous quarter. Bausch + Lomb anticipates continued growth in pharmaceuticals and surgical segments, with pharmaceutical revenue hitting $354 million and surgical revenue increasing by 16% to $256 million compared to the same period last year.
Pharmaceuticals experienced a 14% growth year-over-year, driven by a 23% increase in the dry-eye franchise. Surgical revenue was buoyed by a 64% rise in implantables. Bausch + Lomb is targeting a net leverage reduction to 3.5 times by the end of 2028 as it continues to prioritize deleveraging alongside strategic investments.
