Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is anticipated to report a significant increase in Data Center revenues for Q2 2026, with earnings scheduled for release on August 4, 2026. The Zacks Consensus Estimate predicts Data Center revenues will reach $6.497 billion, reflecting a remarkable year-over-year growth of 100.5%, primarily driven by a projected 70% year-over-year increase in server CPU revenues, bolstered by strong demand for EPYC server CPUs and Instinct AI accelerators.

AMD’s Data Center performance is expected to benefit from extensive integrations in cloud services with major providers like AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. The client and gaming segments also project modest growth, with estimated revenues of $3.824 billion, up 6% sequentially. Additionally, the Embedded segment is set for a rebound, with goals of 15% year-over-year growth and revenues projected at $948 million.

While AMD is experiencing growth in the AI infrastructure space, it faces stiff competition from Intel and NVIDIA. Notably, NVIDIA reported $75 billion in Data Center revenue in Q1 2027, indicating its ongoing dominance in the AI field.
