In early trading on Friday, shares of Airbnb increased by 14.0%, making it the best performing component of the Nasdaq 100 index. Year-to-date, Airbnb has seen a gain of 27.4%. Conversely, Seagate Technology Holdings was the worst performer for the day, down 4.0, but it still holds a remarkable year-to-date gain of 197.3%.
Other notable movements included Keurig Dr Pepper, which traded down 2.8%, and Microchip Technology, with a rise of 12.5%.
