Hamilton Beach Brands (NYSE:HBB) reported a significant increase in second-quarter revenue and operating profit for 2026. Revenue rose 11.6% to $142.6 million, bolstered by a $36.5 million tariff refund. Net income surged to $33.7 million, equating to $2.49 per diluted share, compared to $4.5 million or $0.33 per diluted share in the same quarter last year. Operating profit also improved to $43.2 million from $5.9 million.

Gross profit reached $77.5 million, expanding gross margin to 54.3%, primarily due to the tariff refund and strategic inventory sales. The company anticipates mid-single-digit revenue growth for 2026, with operating profit expected to decline by a high-single-digit percentage, improved from previous forecasts. Cash flow from operations is projected to remain between $35 million and $45 million for the year, with a net cash position of $51.5 million as of June 30.

Looking ahead, Hamilton Beach plans to introduce new products, including coffee platforms and a Titan food processor, while expecting a 50% increase in sales from its health division this year.
