Shoulder Innovations (NYSE:SI) reported a 56% increase in second-quarter net revenue, reaching $17.2 million, compared to $11 million during the same period last year. The company also raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to between $67 million and $69 million, reflecting anticipated growth of 42% to 46% over 2025.
Key data indicates that total implant volume increased by approximately 50% year over year, reaching 2,238 units, driven primarily by an expanding customer base. The company also achieved a gross margin of 78.3%, up from 76.2% a year earlier, while narrowing its net loss to $10.2 million, down from $19.2 million in Q2 2022.
As of June 30, Shoulder Innovations held $99 million in cash and marketable securities. The company continues to invest in research and development, with expenses rising to $3.4 million, focused on new product innovations including a robotic platform expected to submit for FDA approval in 2027.
