Oracle Corporation (ORCL) is expanding its AI-driven cloud infrastructure, investing in data center capacity across Texas, New Mexico, Wisconsin, and Michigan. In its August 2026 announcement, Oracle highlighted a focus on community-oriented projects and job creation amidst rising capital expenditures. For fiscal Q4 2026, Oracle reported revenues of $19.2 billion, a 21% increase year over year, with cloud revenues up 47% to $9.9 billion. Notably, cloud infrastructure revenues nearly doubled to $5.8 billion, and Remaining Performance Obligations surged by 363% to $638 billion, largely attributed to AI contracts.**

Despite strong performance, Oracle is facing significant cash burn, reporting a negative free cash flow of $23.7 billion in fiscal 2026. The company raised $43 billion in debt, with plans to secure an additional $40 billion for the upcoming fiscal year. Concerns remain among investors regarding whether these investments will translate into sustainable earnings growth as the AI demand develops. For fiscal 2027, Oracle is projecting approximately $90 billion in total revenues and an 18% growth in non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS).**
