MercadoLibre, a leader in Latin American e-commerce and fintech, reported trailing net revenue of $35.2 billion in 2022. Analysts project that the company will not surpass 30% revenue growth after this year, although some forecasts anticipate MercadoLibre could reach a $100 billion market cap by 2029. The company achieved over $10 billion in revenue for the first time in 2022, following a significant growth trajectory from $1.2 billion in 2017.

Projected revenue estimates suggest MercadoLibre could reach $102.2 billion by 2030, but analysts expect annual growth rates to decline over the next few years, from 44% this year to around 21% by 2030. In its latest quarter, MercadoLibre generated $10.2 billion in revenue, exceeding expectations by 5% despite ongoing challenges due to increased competition in Brazil and initial loan loss provisions from expanding into offering credit services.
