In early trading on Friday, shares of Honeywell International surged by 7.5%, making it the top performer in the Nasdaq 100 index. Year-to-date, the company’s stock has gained 42.2%. Conversely, Strategy was the worst performer today, dropping 3.2%, and has seen a year-to-date decline of 38.1%.
Other notable movements included Applied Materials, which fell by 2.8%, and SanDisk, which rose by 5.2%.
