Revenue reached $86.5 million, marking a 17.5% year-over-year increase from $73.6 million. Despite strong earnings, shares have declined 2.2% since the report compared to a 0.1% decline in the S&P 500.
Key metrics include net income of $14.6 million, a 19.2% increase from $12.3 million, and net premiums written rising 23.9% to $67.5 million. The company’s total assets grew to $380.1 million, up from $363.1 million, while stockholders’ equity rose to $286.6 million from $268.3 million.
Chairman J. Allen Fine described the quarter as the company’s strongest in years, attributed to title revenue growth and market expansion initiatives. However, he noted sluggish conditions in the broader real estate market.
