HIVE Digital Technologies Signs $350 Million AI Deal
HIVE Digital Technologies (NASDAQ: HIVE) has entered into a five-year $350 million agreement to provide AI cloud services through its BUZZ High Performance Computing subsidiary. The deal includes the delivery of 2,016 Nvidia Blackwell Ultra GPUs designed for AI model training at the Bell AI Fabric facility in British Columbia. The facility utilizes 100% renewable hydroelectric energy and advanced cooling technology.
This agreement is projected to generate $70 million in annualized revenue for the subsidiary, raising total projected annualized revenue for BUZZ HPC to approximately $180 million. HIVE’s management aims to achieve $200 million in annual recurring revenue from its GPU cloud business.
