Bloom Energy Reports Record Revenue with Strong Growth Indicators

Bloom Energy (NYSE: BE) announced a record second-quarter revenue of $1.065 billion, marking its first billion-dollar quarter, with a 166% year-over-year increase. Product revenue reached $935 million, up 215% from the prior year, driven by demand from AI data centers and major clients like Oracle and Brookfield.

CEO K.R. Sridhar highlighted the company’s capability to deploy 25 gigawatts of solid-oxide fuel cells without dependency on China for essential scandium. Adjusted earnings per share (EPS) reached $0.78, exceeding forecasts, and the company raised its 2026 revenue guidance to between $3.9 billion and $4.2 billion, supported by expected demand for resilient and lower-carbon power solutions across AI infrastructures.

As demand for electricity in AI data centers is projected to soar from single-digit to over 100 gigawatts in the coming decade, Bloom Energy’s strategic position in the market could create a significant revenue opportunity, potentially reaching tens of billions of dollars by selling systems and services over the life of the assets.
