CEO Lisa Su announced this during the company’s second-quarter earnings call in early August, highlighting strong customer demand and improved supply of server CPUs.

In the second quarter of 2026, AMD reported a record revenue of $11.5 billion, up 50% from the previous year, with data center segment revenue soaring 107% to $6.7 billion, comprising 58% of total revenue. For the upcoming third quarter, AMD anticipates approximately $13 billion in revenue, reflecting a 41% year-over-year increase.
