Fabrinet (FN) reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 non-GAAP earnings of $4.10 per share, a 54.7% increase year over year, exceeding the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 6.49%. Revenues surged 44.6% to $1.316 billion, beating the consensus mark by 2.64%. The data center segment generated the largest revenue category, accounting for 51% of sales, with a significant milestone as data center interconnect (DCI) exceeded a $1 billion annualized revenue run rate.
Data center revenues rose 68% year over year to $669 million, driven primarily by DCI and high-performance computing. Communications infrastructure revenues hit $413 million, marking a 40% annual increase and making up 31% of total revenues. Operating margin improved to 10.9%, the highest in three years. Despite a decline in free cash flow, Fabrinet’s cash reserves increased to $346.71 million as of June 26, 2026, compared to $306.43 million the previous year.
Looking forward, Fabrinet projects revenues between $1.375 billion and $1.425 billion for the first quarter of fiscal 2027, implying 43% year-over-year growth, alongside expected non-GAAP earnings in the range of $4.10 to $4.25 per share.
