Nvidia Partners to Create $500 Billion AI Financing Platform

Nvidia has formed a partnership with six major financial institutions, including Apollo Global, BlackRock, and Goldman Sachs, to establish a financing platform aimed at mobilizing over $500 billion for AI infrastructure. This initiative is designed to assist smaller enterprises and AI labs in acquiring Nvidia systems, addressing the high costs associated with the hardware.

As of August 24, Nvidia’s shares are trading at $208, with a median target price of $300 among 67 Wall Street analysts, indicating a potential upside of 44%. Analysts project a 44% annual increase in Nvidia’s earnings over the next three years, suggesting the stock may currently be undervalued.

Recent findings suggest that the useful life of Nvidia GPUs may extend up to nine years, significantly longer than the previously assumed two to five years. This could bolster Nvidia’s pricing power in the market, enhancing return on investment for its customers.
