The iShares U.S. Financials ETF (IYF) experienced significant trading activity on Thursday, with over 869,000 shares exchanged, exceeding the three-month average volume of approximately 351,000. While the ETF’s shares fell by about 0.2% on the day, several underlying components exhibited notable volume changes.
Sofi Technologies led the component activity, rising by 2.3% with over 21 million shares traded. NU Holdings saw a decline of 2.8% on more than 16.9 million shares, while Circle Internet Group performed positively, increasing by 6.4%. Primerica lagged behind, down by 3.1%.
